This book contains photographs from the first 'Cult to Culture'  exhibition.

A documentation of the UK Rave Scene 1988 - 2018.

It forms part of an ongoing exploration of the UK Rave scene from the Acid House explosion of ‘88 and second Summer of Love, through the illegal ‘pay party’ scene and emergence of modern electronic dance culture.

Many of the images included in this book are from the archive of David ‘Skippy’ Kingsley, photographer and friend of Raindance since 1989.

This is by no means a total record or definitive history, simply part of our story.
